I purchased IVinci a few weeks back. When i try to save or export my design, the "save" screen does not pop up and the screen freezes. So far i cannot do any designs and save... pls assist. Reply

Hi

Is there a way of exporting the results from Ianalyzer lite?

or do I need the full version?
Also is there a PC version?

You can download fft data and wav files with full version.
We had released the Mac version, you can download on Mac App Store. No Windows version at present.

Greetings,

I have had 'Pics' for a while now and I think that it's a great app.

Unfortunately, since IOS7, it keeps opening with a dialogue box that informs me that I need to turn on Location Services and to turn on Pics within that setting.

Location services is always 'ON' and Pics app is also always 'ON' within Location Services.

I have trashed the app a couple of times and re-installed on my iPhone 5 running IOS7.0.4.

I have restarted the phone a few times.

Also trashed the app from iTunes and re-downloaded and then re-installed, however the problem persists.

Pics is a great app and I would like to get it running again.

Can you help?

Hi! I'm using Pics very well. Thansk to make it first.
However, I wonder why it doesn't back up when I back my iPhone up. I save lots of files and I have to use iFunbox for back files up. Plz support back up fucntion. Thanks!

It's the problem of your network. Make sure your iOS device and your computer are using same Wifi network.

What am I missing? I can't export my traced vector with the vector layers intact. What's the point of that?

Note that I'm using the iTrace program. I can export in SVG but only Illustrator will open it. I'm trying to eliminate Illustrator from my workflow--that's why I bought this program, to do the one thing I use Illustrator for. My other image editing programs (Pixelmator and Fireworks) can't open SVG and the PNG format is flattened so it's a bitmap!

If the program can't export a layered PNG file, then I would like a refund. It's useless to me.

iTrace can not export layered files. You can contact Apple for refund, and we suggest you use our iVinci which contain iTrace module and layer edit.

Two ways:
1. Drag and drop the SVG file to Safari window.
2. Right Click the SVG and select "Open with" on the menu.

Hi, i have an enduring problem - when scrolling down the browsing photo list pictures/group of pictures easily get selected/highlighted. Happens almost every time i'm using the application. I've been using Pics for quite a while now and never encountered any problems before installing 3.8 version. I downloaded the bug fix, tried rebooting my ipad many times but nothing seems to work. Could you please advice me something? I really like the application and i'm using it for my daily work. Thanks! Reply

hi, no, this is not an option since i have the application on 3 different devices: 2 iPads (the newest one and the one from 2011) and on my iphone 5 and the same problem occurs on all of them after i upgraded to ios7. Do you have any solution? i saw this problem occuring in the comments of other users too...
