I'm looking for an application to view or preview Canon RAW Cr2 images in a folder, zoom in on them to see if they are in focus, and delete them immediately from the folder if not in focus. Will iView do this on a Mac? Reply

You can view RAW image in iView, but to delete files, you need to reveal in Finder. And it may take a few seconds to load the full resolution of raw images.

The amazing "iAnalyse"r gets used a lot in my work and I've recommended it to many folks in my field. Is there a way to name/rename a recorded file (rather than the date/time)? I would find it incredibly useful... Reply

Thanks for introducing iAnalyzer to your field.
Sorry, no way to rename the files at present.

I like the simplicity of iView but a small thing is missing: sub folder browsing. I have a lot of directories like this:
-vacation2015
+- day1
+-- image1.jpg
+-- image2.jpg
+-- image3.jpg
+- day2
+-- image4.jpg
+- day3
+-- image5.jpg
+-- image6.jpg
+-- image7.jpg
I like to open the "vacation2015" folder and to easily traverse the day1 till day3 folders as-well. In my mind I would use "up/down"-keys (and space) for viewing images and "left/right/enter" to dive into subfolders.

Also I found a small bug; when you reach the end it shows the "go to begining" overlay. When you click another image with the mouse it's leaves the overlay image when you continue browsing.

Finally; I like the big preview but would prefer a single row. This is not a big issue but I think it's slightly more intuitive.

Hi, I have two sample playback devices both playing the identical data sample. I need to calibrate the audio output of the two devices by doing a comparitive frequency analysis. i.e. I need to analyse two audio outputs and compare them to assertain the frequency differences so i can set a audio equaliser to eliminate these differences.
Do you have any suggestions?
(The reference sample is approx 5 seconds long)

Generally, the playback device would not change the frequency, but may have different db value for each frequency, you need use signal generator to test the response of different frequency then you can set the equalizer.

Thanks for the reply, but perhaps i need to elaborate, i wish to play a sample on a korg triton and play the exact same sample data on a korg kronos and have both sound as identical as possible. I can adjust the eq on the kronos to make its output similar to the triton but i need to know the difference between each keyboard for each frequency so i know which frequencies i need to boost or attenuate on the kronos.

I created a logo, and set the background to transparent. When i import the logo, the background turns to white.

Make sure you didn't check the Background option in Export Dialog.

Not all RAW formats are supported. And load raw files is slow, we suggest you convert raw to JPEG first.

With Mirror Display, can I view the content from my Macbook pro (2013) on my Smart TV LG and Samsung? without Apple TV?

Kind Regards

No, generally you can't view content of your Mac on a smart TV, even if you use Apple TV.
If your smart TV is powered by android and had Chrome installed, it can work, but the performance would be poor, we suggest using "Mirror Display" on Computer-to-Computer purpose.

Hi there,

Can you please explain how to import wav files into iAnalyser Pro as the ip address displayed in the bottom lefthand (as per the help screen) corner only points to the current device and thus will not allow importing files from other locations?

The ip address is for export/download wirelessly, to import/upload, you need to use iTunes File Sharing. http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301
Note that only single channel wav files are supported. Contact us again if you still have any questions.

Sorry I'm still none the wiser... can you explicitly explain how this is achieved. How do I point the app at other files stored on the device or external storage mediums containing files?

iOS app can only access the files in a fixed document folder inside its self, so you can't make the app point to files in other location. iTunes File Sharing is actually make you can copy files to that document folder inside the iAnalyzer. So your files need to be on your computer first. If your wav files is in the other app of iOS device, you need to transfer it to computer first then copy to document folder of iAnalyzer with iTunes.

Many thanks, I'm able to import my own files so all working!
The only thing is... the actual wav files are much larger than the capacity of my device, do you have any suggestions on how I can load these pls...

Thank you.

1. Remove some other files on your device.
2. Split your wav file to smaller ones.

You can do this by change the opacity of layer that the imported image belong.
